You must not use Seiba in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or compromises the security or availability of the service.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to keep Seiba reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

All rights to Seiba software, branding, and design belong to Seiba. You receive a limited right to use the service for personal or family purposes according to these terms. You retain rights to content you upload, and you grant Seiba the rights needed to host, display, and synchronize that content for the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seiba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the service.
